The "Broad City" actor, 34, was booked in Miami at 1:57 a.m., the Miami Herald reports. He was arrested near NW 2nd Avenue and NW 20 Street. Miami is playing host to celebrities from all over the globe for Art Basel-related parties. "They used to regularly release a-forms on weekends", the reporter, David Ovalle, wrote on Twitter. Buress, who famously outed Bill Cosby as a serial rapist in his live act before that scandal broke in major media circles, will surely have something to say about this incident before long. Once outside, Buress continued yelling profanities at the officer, causing a crowd to gather. "I, then again, asked him to leave the area about five times. For what?" Buress yells.

Clearly it's suspicious and questionable that police wouldn't provide Burress an accurate reason for his arrest; however, considering his actions in the video, we're not sure if he was drunk or not.
