  • Documents reveal 'deplorable and unsanitary conditions' at home where human remains found

Authorities say an additional charge of felonious assault will presented to the grand jury.

The mother of a young disabled boy is behind bars after authorities found a deceased young child's body buried in the backyard of an OH home. Authorities believe that the body could be that of Jordan Rodriguez, Larissa's son, Cleveland.com reports.

Rodriguez was not officially charged with his murder until Thursday.

They say the woman was taken into custody in connection with the death after further investigation and interviews.

Police first went to the house on Monday, which they found in "deplorable and unsanitary condition", according to a report Cuyahoga County Division of Children and Family Services obtained by WOIO. She wasn't sure of the aunt's alleged address or phone number in Texas.

The boy, identified only with the first name Jordan, hasn't been seen for weeks, when he allegedly left for Texas with an aunt on December 2, his mother previously claimed.

Police tipped off by a caller from Pakistan have discovered human remains in the backyard of a Cleveland home, reports CBS affiliate WOIO.

Bigelow is "currently working with NASA to produce expandable craft for humans to use in space", according to the NY Times . But its backers say that, while the Pentagon ended funding for the effort at that time , the program remains in existence.

Police used a cadaver dog to search the backyard of the home Monday, but found nothing.

The deceased child has two incarcerated parents. A child was once found eating a sandwich with cockroaches. A man had called to say that his brother, Christopher Rodriguez, confessed to burying the child with Larissa, his girlfriend.

Rodriguez reportedly told investigators that the boy couldn't speak and had special needs. "I don't know why they would do this to him".

Larissa has previously had children removed from her custody, according to County spokeswoman Mary Louise Madigan. According to documents from children and family services, a neglect complaint was filed four days after the child was born on April 3, 2003.

That caller from Pakistan said Rodriguez assured her other kids that Jordan was in Texas.

Children and Family Services had intervened with Larissa's custody of children as early as 1998, according to court records. The stepfather is now being held in the Medina County Jail for an unrelated case in which he pleaded no contest to non-support of dependents on September 19.
