  • Harvey Weinstein Allegedly Punched Twice In The Face While Out To Dinner!

Steve, a fellow restaurant patron, told TMZ that after he was seated next to Weinstein, he approached him and asked to take a photo.

Weinstein and British fashion designer Georgina Chapman have reportedly agreed a divorce settlement, according to the New York Post.

As the two left the restaurant, Steve, who said he had "quite a bit to drink", repeatedly cursed at Weinstein and twice slapped him. The man said that Weinstein vehemently refused, although the restaurant manager stated that Weinstein did so politely.

The man may have been drunk, but his actions can only be described as appropriate considering the horrific abuse women have suffered thanks to Weinstein.

The person who filmed the incident asked Weinstein if he wanted to call the police.

The video shows Weinstein's sober coach quickly usher his client past him and then hold up his hands to prevent the men from filming any more of the scene.

A rep told us of the incident that no punches were thrown and, "Looks like the guy just patty-caked him twice", and that Weinstein is just fine.

Over the past few months, over 60 women have come forward with allegations of sexual misconduct against Harvey Weinstein.

While Steve says Harvey stumbled backward and nearly fell, the manager clarified that "neither attempted punch connected", and Steve was out-of-control drunk.

Weinstein is now under investigation by New York, Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, and London authorities. Mr. Weinstein has further confirmed that there were never any acts of retaliation against any women for refusing his advances.

Weinstein is reportedly in rehab at a nearby facility.
