While Halo Infinite is largely exclusive to the Xbox family – launching on PC (Steam and Windows 10), Xbox One, and Xbox Series X this holiday season – it hasn’t stopped players than hoping that the Xbox’s flagship title will eventually arrive on other platforms Although developer 343 Industries likely has no plans to port Halo Infinite to something like the Nintendo Switch or PlayStation 4, creator of Dreams decided to take matters into their own hands by recreating a portion of the gameplay reveals.
Disarmed, a visual and audio creator, it took Dreams to bring Halo Infinite to the PlayStation 4 with wonderful detail. Although the video is only 41 seconds, it takes an unlikely premise ̵1; what if Halo but PS4 – and brings it to life. We see a Master Chief holding the classic attack senter as he passes through a lush forest. It’s extremely gorgeous and continues to showcase the impressive power of Dreams – even if there’s no way it’s happening.
Xbox held its Game of Thrones Showcase last week, where we got a detailed look at Halo Infinite. We learned about the game campaign, some new weapons (including a hook for hiking), and more. The company also shared information on several other Xbox titles, including the setting of Senua’s Saga: Hellblade II, the unveiling of a new Fable game from the developer of the Horizon Force Playground Games, and more.
In other Halo Infinite news, despite rumors circulating on the web, 343 Industries has confirmed that multiplayer will be available in the game on launch day. Although it has no definitive release date, Halo Infinite is apparently in “great shape” and will fall as the launch title of the Xbox X Series.
